2300m2 Car Park and access road delivered at Farleigh School

Farleigh is a prestigious co-educational prep school located in magnificent parkland and woodlands in the Test Valley. Boasting a broad syllabus, they strive for excellence in academics, the arts, culture and sports – creating a vibrant atmosphere of success and progress.

Slatter Estates Surfaces was chosen to showcase its civil engineering and construction expertise in constructing a substantial sports complex for the school. This included creating a 2300sqm floodlit macadam car park with 94 standard parking spots and 5 pick-up points, serviced by a macadam thoroughfare and complemented by footpaths around the perimeter.

The floodlighting consists of 8 static columns with LED floods and illuminated bollards to light up the entrance to the new sports pitch for vehicles. The new facilities is part of a wider programme of capital investment, ensuring that Farleigh maintains its place as one of the top prep schools in the country.
