Refurbishing a private Estate Road at a holiday park in Hertfordshire

Slatter Estates Surfacing were invited and successfully awarded the project to refurbish the estate roads at the popular holiday park, Spielplatz in Hertfordshire. The roads were in urgent need of repair and restoration for the residents to be able to safely walk and drive around the site to the facilities and their homes.

Slatter Estates Surfacing were invited and successfully awarded the project to refurbish the estate roads at this popular holiday park, totalling approx. 1000m2. With the holiday season fast approaching, the Slatter Estates Surfaces team delivered the resurfacing works on time and in budget, ensuring that the facilities were safe for both pedestrians and users at the private holiday park.

The construction team used high-quality tarmac to resurface the roads, making sure that they would withstand heavy use during the holiday season and for those who are permanent residents of the park, including many caravans manoeuvring throughout the holiday season.

This was a vital project for the safety of users and pedestrians due to the previous quality of the roads, and we are proud to have delivered the holiday makers and residents of Spielplatz a safe new estate road, linking the office, swimming pool, bar and lodges, increasing user experience, and delivering on time and within budget.
